Anyone have this issue. I've just got a 16TB drive and changed to drive letter to L as stated and went to load big box which is said it was installing on the drive. after that it came up Critical error for both big box and launch box neither load up. Looking at the Launch box site it appear to point to a dodgy licence? but not sure if it's something else

Hi when trying to play a majority of systems I am getting a error occurred : error 256 and nothing loads when launching from F1 menu they play just not through the front end build switch ps2 and ps3 work but not much else this has started from today it's been fine until I booted up today

The coins Slot Machine doesn't work but I don't care that we can use a keyboard and that fixes the problem. But we need the Player 2 Buttons and Joystick, they don´t do anything and this is the information I have: -They worked before by pressing the top button at the back of the machine (Photo) but I took the cables out cause it was sometimes that it worked, so they connected the right way to the USB Interface cause I tested it when they were working. -The entire machine power on when connected to the electricity without doing any extra steps. -Is a Homemade machine with a Windows-based computer as a core, bad quality and slow but works perfectly with the arcade games. -I cannot go to settings cause the startup is blocked, even with a keyboard and mouse I cannot do anything, a format method would be appreciated. This button was to activate it or connect it to the power source? What can I do or connect to make it work permanently without pressing the back button? What core hardware I can buy to connect those buttons and joysticks that are small, faster, and cheap for N64 and PS1 games?

Hi guys so just clicked the install icon in install folder on 2tb harddrive and did installation successfully, and now double clicked hyperspin in arcade folder, but no response?? Am i missing something? thanks

Hey guys, I bought the 8tb Nvidia shield download without having my Shield backdated. Tried it and it didn't work out. So I'm wondering if I can use the same download to work on pc instead. If so how? Signed Noob.

Hello, I've been browsing through the website and looking at the various options. I believe I've figured out which one I'm leaning toward purchasing, but the vagueness in the description confuses me. So, I figured I would try reaching out here for more support/details. As I write this, I understand you do not provide a complete list of what is included under each package and front-end. This is understandable because of the sheer amount of lists you'd have to keep track of, and I'm sure updates to the lists are made over time. However, when comparing similar-sized front-end packages, I have difficulty figuring out what is different besides the apparent front end. For example, when comparing 16 TB launchbox vs 16 TB hyperspin vs. 16 TB betocera. I have no idea what I'm opting into or out of based on the front end I select. Am I making this more complicated than it needs to be? Are the Roms between the similar sizes the same, and it's literally the front end that's different? Any assistance to my query would be greatly appreciated!

How do I access the root folder after purchase?

The Pre-Loaded Drives require PC or the deice they are built for to play. They do however support TV Resolutions.

Hello everybody! 🙂 I am a french hyperspin user, and new on this forum... I built my mamecab with 2 Arcade start EG sticks and 2 wireless controllers like this: Now I'm downloading the 16TB Hyperspin files... (it takes a long long time...started end of November, not finished)... While I download all files, I see many Joytokey configuration files for all emulators in Rocketlauncher folder. Since I don't use an Xbox 360 controller, my question is: After the download is complete and I have installed all the required installers, is there anything I need to do/configure for use with my joysticks? Maybe my Thrustmaster is compatible with the Xbox360 controller, or I have just to edit a joytokey config file? Is there a tutorial for configure / map joystick on a fresh 16TB Hyperspin download? Thanks to you! and excuse me, my english is not fluent. 😉

Can you plug these into a dock with a HDMI out to play on a TV?

Evening All, Just bought a 16tb HD (Batocera) and cant wait to use it! Only problem is I cant seem to get beyond the splash Batocera screen on either my desktop or my laptop. I can select the HD from bios without issue, even get Batocera to then start to boot, but it simply hangs on the batocera splash screen (even if left for 10 or 20mins). Some times the screen will flicker then just go black, other times the music starts for a moment and the screen changes as if it's about to start but then it goes back to a black screen. I am no expert when it comes to modifying the .conf file but have tried it with the "nvidia-driver=true" activated and deactivated but the same issue persists. I dont seem to be able to use the remote support function on the site here (it's just not clickable). I have contacted Scott via email and he has been great but obviously replies are very slow as I assume he is busy so thought i would come here and introduce myself (HI IM ALAN!) and see if anyone could assist. I am unable to connect to the server through Filezilla FTP client to access the 8TB Hyperspin Cloud Hard Drive Unlimited downloads I purchased back on August 10th 2019. I keep getting "cannot connect to server" and "ECONNREFUSED." I reached out to Scott through the contact form and email [email protected] multiple times and he did respond once and asked for my order number. I supplied it and never heard back. This was about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to connect since the beginning of November. Can an administrator look into this for me please? thanks. I also just sent another email as well.

Hello Rootoknight, 2 x 8TB Drives setup as Raid 0 will make for a faster drive, but note if a drive failure then there is no redundancy in place and complete data loss, so what backup scenario will you deploy? if you don't have, then split data on both, or best case buy a 18TB to 22TB Drive for expandability. I have 22TB, and a backup to NAS.

Hello, I’m very interested in purchasing the 16TB Hyperspin download. Could it run on two 8TB drives or is it best to set them up in RAID as one 16TB partition?
