Grimms Posted December 5, 2023 Share Posted December 5, 2023 I am unable to connect to the server through Filezilla FTP client to access the 8TB Hyperspin Cloud Hard Drive Unlimited downloads I purchased back on August 10th 2019. I keep getting "cannot connect to server" and "ECONNREFUSED." I reached out to Scott through the contact form and email [email protected] multiple times and he did respond once and asked for my order number. I supplied it and never heard back. This was about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to connect since the beginning of November. Can an administrator look into this for me please? thanks. I also just sent another email as well.
